Warrior longbow crack shot trait bugged

Warrior's crack shot trait for longbow is bugged and is only inflicting 2 stacks of 1 second burning instead of 2 stacks of 2 seconds burning. I read through the patch notes history because I felt like something was off and it seems that during a competitive split update ( https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Game_updates/2020-02-25#Warrior_2 ) the trait was nerfed in PvP/WvW from 2 seconds to 1 second.

This shouldn't have changed PvE to 1 second though but somehow it did.

 

Please change it back to how it should have been, I'm a condi Bow-Zerker main and I'd really appreciate it! :)
