Benchmark DPS class for high ping

Hi GW2 fella :D,

 

I am currently playing with ~280ms ping on elementalist.

No matter how hard I tried to do the exact same rotation as in Snowcrows, I couldn't hit the benchmark because all conjurement and switch attunement stuff is really slow compare to the Snowcrows video clip.

I would like to know from experienced players, what is a good DPS class for high ping?

I'd recommend classes with simple rotations, these are a couple I can think of from the top of my head (though I'm not sure what the balance patch changed):

 

-Power Daredevil

-Power Reaper

-Condi Soulbeast

I've seen some good dps on holosmith and dragonhunter from players in Australia, some of whom appear to have the worst ping ever,  plus ping spikes. But that was a few balance patches ago (I haven't raided in a while).

 

I've also seen high dps from a dragonhunter in New Zealand, in open world pve, but again that was a few balance patches ago.

 

Everyone else was from the USA, on different professions, so I can't comment on how their much lower ping affected their dps.
