Weaponsmithing Bug - Handcrafted Distemper Sword (Prime Ineffable Orichalcum Inscription)

The exotic weapon for account bound only - when crafted using Prime Ineffable Orichalcum Inscription the game panel says for Level 68, when crafted the weapon comes out Level 65.  What's the difference? Might as well use the Level 65 Inscription (Protean Ineffable Orichalcum Inscription) and don't show in the crafting panel that you have 2 choices.  I have made a full set of gear using the Prime Ineffables only to get these 2 swords at level 65.  Grrrrrr!!!!!!!   As for the other weapon which is a hammer plus my full set of armor they all show Level 68!!!      🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Ineffable:  Used in the crafting of weapons with a flexible nature.

Distemper:  piece of leveling equipment with stats 6 level higher than the required level.
