Whether it used to be this way or not: - Blind is cleared even if the target evades your attack - Blind isn't cleared if you just attack into empty space without a target - Blind isn't cleared if you have a target, and the attack is obstructed - Blind isn't cleared if you have a target, but your skillshot aim is off This seems inconsistent to me. If "Next outgoing attack" truly means "Next outgoing attack", all of the above situations should clear Blind. In previous patches, I thought Blind functioned more like "Next outgoing attack (that would hit) misses", with Evade taking precedence over Blind. In this case, all of the above situations would not clear Blind. After all, what is the "logical" difference between someone evading your attack and shooting into empty space? I'm not sure what behavior for Blind is best, but it should at least be consistent. Meanwhile, we still have issues like certain attacks (Grenade Barrage) not clearing Blind... 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Especially when Condi thieves (which are broken) can still spam it like candy. The community somehow condemned Flash Shell on Mortar kit, but thieves get access to a projectile-destroying blind pulse field and no one says anything?
