[Concept] Heavy Gunner

I haven't thought up everything yet, still working on Traits, effects, recharges, etc., but here are some of the ideas I have so far in a very rough format.

[ F5, Mini Gun ]
Mini Gun is a depletable resource (think Death Shroud) that requires Bullets to use. Activating F5 functions similarly to a weapon swap. There is a 10second recharge when swapping out of it, it does not deplete while holding it, but it will drain when used, and it will replace all Weapon skills with its own set of skills.
Dealing damage while not using the Mini Gun refills it by granting Bullets. The Mini Gun itself cannot be refilled while in use and depletes with each skill use. 

Skill #1: Burst Round (moderate damage)
Fire several bullets in a semi-automatic fashion.
Pierces, Number of Targets: 5, Range: 1,200 , 20% Projectile Finisher

Skill #2: Excavate (low damage)
Aim toward the ground to create a line of damage that strips Swiftness and Super Speed and applies Cripple.
Duration: 3 seconds, Range: 900

Skill #3: Flash Round (moderate damage, high if max targets)
Spray a rapid fan of bullets that Blinds in an area dealing more damage the more targets it hits.
Radius: 360 (frontal cone), Range: 900, Number of Targets: 10

Skill #4: Bullet Storm (high damage)
Fully unleash your Mini Gun rapidly pushing you backwards and pushing foes in front of you away. 
Attack Range: 1,200, Leap Range: 1,000, Launch Distance: 360, Number of Targets: 3


Skill #5: Standard Rounds (variable damage depending on Ammunition used)
Go fully automatic spraying bullets in front of you until ammunition is depleted. The cooldown of this skill increases the longer it is active.
Pieces, Number of Targets: 5, Range: 1,200, 50% Projectile Finisher

[ Utilities ]
Ammunition is the unique profession utility, it is an effect that can be applied to any attack (think Sharpening Stone). Each Ammunition type will have a set number of charges depending on the strength of their effect. Ammunition has a unique interaction with the Mini Gun that will change the 5th weapon skill. 

Healing Utility: Blood Rounds
Apply a siphoning effect to your next 10 attacks. Heal for an additional amount when the effect ends depending on how many bullets connected with a target(s).
Healing Toolbelt: Morphine
Gain protection (5s), cleanse Cripple, Burning, Bleeding, and Poison. 

Utility #1: Explosive Rounds 
Apply an explosive effect to your next 5 attacks that causes area of effect damage.
Toolbelt: Firecrackers
Toss live rounds in front of you dealing heavy AOE damage.

Utility #2: Syringe Rounds
Apply a cleansing effect to your next 6 attacks that remove Conditions when striking targets. 
Toolbelt: Chemical Expulsion
Create an area that rapidly applies Poison. Each pulse also applies Conditions you are suffering. (Clarification: Applies Poison by default. If you are for example, Bleeding and Burning, the next pulse will apply the most recent Condition you became affected with. You must be inside the AOE for this to apply. This effect DOES NOT transfer or cleanse those Conditions.)

Utility #3: Lead Rounds
Apply weight to your next 5 attacks that makes all attacks Pierce, apply Vulnerability, and increases the duration of all CC's by 1second. Breaks Stun.
Toolbelt: Spike Trap
Lay a trap that knocks foes down when triggered. Activating this skill again before it is triggered will instead create an impassable line for a short duration.

Utility #4: Oil Rounds
Apply a Condition buffering effect to your next 5 attacks that increases the damage and duration of Burning. (Clarification: Each time a target is hit with this attack, Burning they are suffering from will increase in duration and damage. This skill DOES NOT apply Burning on its own.)
Toolbelt: Repair Kit
Gain Alacrity for every skill and utility currently recharging.
(Not sure what the duration should be).

Elite Utility: Rocket Rounds
Equip a high damage Rocket Launcher with a single skill. This weapon will automatically unequip when 10 rounds are fired. Unequipping this weapon before 10 rounds are fired will heavily damage the user and foes in the area.

[ Weapon type, Torch ]
Torch is the new weapon type, rather than Burning it will focus on applying greases and oils for various effects.

Skill #4: Oil Slick
Coat the ground in oil applying Slow to enemies and Super Speed to allies. 
Radius: 240, Number of Targets: 5, Duration: 5 seconds, Pulse: 1/2 Second

Skill #5: Grease Bomb
Coat yourself in grease to automatically break stuns when attacked. (Clarification: If you are for example, knocked down, the stun will not break. If you are attacked while knocked down, the stun will break.)
Duration: 5 seconds, ICD: 1 second
