Hmm, to make it even worse, it's not even consistent!

I tried it about 100 times (using the reset skills mechanism midfight)

Around 80% of the time I end up with 5 stacks of bleeding om me, but the other 20% I ended up with the single stack of poison still on me. I tried different timings (sometimes with big gaps between them), with or without quickness, but I don't see any clear consistencies there, except that Torment was always transferred (for me, at least). So real randomness, is also NOT the case! Pfff

It's basically consistantly inconsistent.

 

I think it's better to BiP > BiP > transfer.

Than depending on your luck, which conditions get transfered (bip + bip + Plaguelands).

I used to run Nightmare for the auto transfer on using Plaguelands instead of Lich/Renegade/Elementalist in PvE because the Poison on Plaguelands has always been transferred from me and leaving the Bleeds otherwise. And it always annoyed the heck out of me. The differences between those runes are all fairly small anyway.

 

Lich runes make me wish we could have Mark of Horror back tho.
