Logging into alt accounts quickly, how and is it allowed?

Apparently launchbuddy has some feature to allow quick/automatic login into alt accounts, how do I do that? And is this allowed by TOS?

It will log you into the character select screen. You’ll still have to pick a character manually to log into the game.

I used to use launchbuddy but then the command-line option to auto-login was removed from the executable and that was used by launchbuddy to perform that operation.  I switched over to GW2 Launcher.  It allows me to auto-login using a different method and it also let's me login to both my accounts at the same time - I run one on each monitor, so switching between the two is simply a matter of moving the mouse to the other screen.

That should be forbidden for obvious reasons (namely leeching events with alt-accounts to gain more loot).
