Can we make Silverwastes Reward Track repeatable?

This has not aged well.  Nothing particularly interesting if you made it repeatable.   I need shovels for guild hall, the instances are empty.   It would be useful.

As someone who thought it would be "fun" to level up a guildhall solo, I can attest to the difficulty in acquiring Silverwaste shovels.  I don't recall the exact number of shovels needed to fully upgrade the mine, but it's at least 1000 shovels (maybe more), and after 8 hours of farming in Silverwastes (which was particularly dreadful for someone who spends 97% of his time in WvW), I had acquired THREE shovels.  Farming for shovels might be the single-most grindy aspect in all of GW2.  Your best bet is to post in the global LFG that you're looking to buy shovels.  The rate as of a year ago was ~30s each.
