Fraenir of Jormag strike mission intermittent bug

You get locked in ice and stay in there until you're downed or dead. I thought it had been fixed, but today it killed our strike mission squad because we all got encased and none of us could get out. This included people who don't normally get encased because their skill and ping means they can dodge.

 

Can this get fixed? You can hit your remaining 1 skill as many times as you like, but it does nothing. At least this time around it appears that your squad can rez you from downstate, whereas the bug before was that no-one could do anything for you, and you died inside the ice. Progress!
