Add a decay timer to Bloodlust

As title says, add a decay timer to Bloodlust, if you want your bonus stats you need to maintain them. Maybe fuse it with my idea in previous thread "Blessing of the Ancients".

Which doesn't happen during periods of low activity when everyone is congregating in EBG because that's where they only action is.  I just don't think a server should be rewarded for the other servers having no one on.   I'm also not a fan of automated objective upgrades for the same reason.

Just make the timer longer on cap so that a single person can take the ruins if they wanted to.  That way even if you are the only roamer on you can still take back your BL's bloodlust.

I mean, I get it, but the whole ‘can’t be bothered because it’s not my map’ is kinda garbage.  Either it’s important to you or it’s not.

 

it’s not that significant of a buff.

 

those that want to work for it should benefit from it until someone takes it.
