soulbound error

I purchased a Royal asencension Greatsword from the dungeon shop. Then I took the sword and put it in the bank to transfer it to the other character, but I can't get the sword from the bank. And the character I get cannot use the big sword either. Askalon's tear wasted.

 

I tried to get the sword with my other character from the bank. I'm having a "soulbound to another character" problem

All the weapons and armors sold by that vendor is soulbound on acquire so it is not a bug although it might a design mistake to have soulbound gear.

Really? 

Then, the Wiki needs updating for every Dungeon weapon.

It states Account Bound - Soulbound on Use.

Just checked in-game and they are, indeed, Account Bound on Acquire - Soulbound on Use

At least you unlocked the skin so you can just apply it to another weapon.
