Ground Pounder Achievement Advice

I am doing the ground pounder achievement. I have completed all except the Itzel part. I have done the event chain twice, but it will not complete.... Anyone familiar with this achievement know what I am meant to do?

You do as the achievement states.  There are individual achievements for each of the outposts which have checklists for the events in the chain that need to be completed.

For further reference, this achievement tracks your progress toward the Itzel part of Ground Pounder. You'll need to catch all these events at least once (but not in order,  which is nice) and you can pick at them over time until you've got them all.
