Edit

Dont forget guild crafting boost and normal crafting booster.

Thanks for the reply but its all achievments, well I'll keep on 470 now and when i have some more patience i try to level it. Anet doesnt make any easy the end game content here and this is one of the bad points in this game, first are the botters everywhere.

I just did all the achievements yesterday from start to finish by following the wiki.  It isn't hard.  A bit time consuming yes, but not difficult by any means.  The achievements have a small 2 hour time gate for one part, an easy map event for another, some easy gathering, and having to craft some ascended mats (or buy them on the TP).  It's mostly crafting foods and the wiki explains how as well.  I wouldn't really describe it as end game (doesn't require fractals, raids, dungeons, strikes or anything like that).   Anyway, if you decide to give it a try follow the wiki:  https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Gourmet_Training#Walkthrough

Yes you need to do the achievment https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/The_Minstrel_I:_The_Experimental_Focus to be able to buy the recipe https://www.imagebam.com/view/MEH8B6  .

I'm doing little by little and isnt THAT HARD just need some patience and gold  because some items are expensive and getting them is really really troublesome  coz need another achievment then another achievment etc etc 🤥. Atm my chef is 480 and running sylvari part.

Yeah it wasn't really expensive for me because I already had almost all the ascended stuff crafted I needed and all the cooking mats I needed aside from some stuff you have to buy from the vendor.  I do my time gated ascended crafting almost every day I log in just for situations like that and to have it available when I want to craft ascended armor and weapons.  I did have to buy two heat stones from the TP though because I only had the mats to craft 1 and also didn't want to wait 2 days to craft the other two.   Just so you can be prepared you will need 3 heat stones for the human part and you can only make 1 a day (or buy on TP).  When you get the the Asura part there are three items you need to buy that cost 5 gold each.

Anyway glad to see you are working through it.  You'll get there.  🙂

You can get to 500 without the collection but if you don't do the collections then you lose out on the ability to get varietal seeds and quality cuts of meats so you do at least some of the collections.

Crafting the varietal seed pouches and piece of cured meat(should do the meat first) should be able to get you to 500 without doing the rest of the collections, the human and norn part of the collection don't provide anything useful. Not sure if the asura part provided anything. The sylvari and charr sections should be done.
