MrChips.8147
At 1st I thought it was just an issue with a loss of connection at what seemed to be the end of the "RavetoArms" quest. I did this 3 more times and had the exact HOST COMM ERROR at the end of it for THREE MORE TIMES !! ARRGGG! In each one I got a 7:11:3:202:101 error and I dont think any way to recorded this as well so I did it BY HAND!! I would like to finish it please. Thank you I guess?? Inculpatus cedo.9234
You can try a VPN (that takes a different path to the server). You can try any of the other plethora of tips/workarounds found in the thread, 'Storyline Disconnects'. (I'd recommend reading from the end to beginning.) Good luck.

Here Cedo look at topic "[BUG] A RACE TO ARMS (Bound By Blood Story Mission) DC at ending" Maybe WillowFae.9528 will help much more than you did. Inculpatus cedo.9234
A VPN will usually come in handy when you’ve exhausted other troubleshooting steps such as restarting your modem, connecting directly to your modem if you are currently using Wifi, and contacting your ISP. Just connect your VPN to either a US or EU server and once established, run the game client and you should notice a difference. Additionally, if you are in the same region with the server you connect to and you’re still getting high latency, a VPN may help you connect to a less congested route which in turn should improve your overall latency. https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045462814-Network-Connection-FAQ- From the Official Knowledge Base.
