I've searched through the forum and the only instance of "lile" I found was people misspelling "like". Lile is a scout in Brisban Wildlands who has been killed (at least in the instance of this map that I'm on). His body's been dragged into a tent and is unreachable to rez. None of the surrounding NPCs seem to notice the murder. I figure he was bugged so he was killed and moved away, but he's kind of conspicuous being he's a scout so map discovery highlights him.
