DryTop chests in Uplands aren't counting for achievement

When I was playing today, I got credit for some chests in both areas.

Not as many as I opened, though.  But, Uplands isn't a very big area, so I probably opened chests that were outside that area (and that's why they didn't count.)

It was mentioned in map chat so I went to one and confirmed the tally didn't increase.  I didn't spend any time checking further than that.

Are you sure you're not trying to open one that's in the Challenger area or in the first area if you had already completed the achievement for it?  I opened 10 chests in each area and every one of them counted towards the achievements.  There very well could be a bug but some things should be ruled out first.

I noticed when I went to Uplands it stopped counting after the first chest.

 

Going back to the east side and opening chests there progressed and completed Treasure Hunter: Prospect Valley.

 

I have completed the first chapter but did not do the second chapter, but that might not irrelevant.

Make sure you press M to see which area / sub zone you are in.
