didn't get Seasons of the Dragons meta-achievement reward

Good morning,

 

Yesterday i finished the first part of the meta-achievement and as planned, there was multiple chests reward on top of the minimap, the ascended weapon chest was one of them.

unfortunatly, when i tried to claim the reward, it was nowhere to be found in my inventory.

 

inventory + achievement ( sry for french interface )

 

what i can remember is that :

- i finished the last achievement to unlock the first step of the Seasons of the Dragons

- claim the ascended chest first

- claim the other rewards ( those one were in my inventory when i checked )

The Meta Achievement reward (for Week One) is:

You need 4 Meta Achievements (one each week) for the Ascended Weapon Chest  (Tier 1)

maybe i'm mistaken but it is a 4 weeks event, each full completion of full bonus achievement tab advancing one stage in the meta-achievement. and maybe they were trolling, but when i asked if other people got the ascended chest in the chat a few claimed to have it.

if you look at my screen shot you can see i do have "level 1" ( niveau 1) unlocked on the meta-achievement too

No, it is a 24-week event. 

Did you not look at the links posted?

If someone said they received the Tier 1 (4 META-Achievements) reward, they were pulling your leg. 

 

Your screenshot shows you are currently in Tier One.  Not that you have completed Tier One.  You have completed 1 of 4 Meta Achievements.  You need a total of 24 Meta Achievements. 

4 Meta Achievements for Tier 1  (Ascended Weapon Chest)

10 Meta Achievements for Tier 2  (Fragment of Prismatic Light [Precursor])

16 Meta Achievements for Tier 3  (32-slot Bag)

24 Meta Achievements for Tier 4  (Prismatic Champion's Inheritance [Amulet])

i did look it up, but there is no saying how long it will be (or i missed it). 24 weeks mean 6 months, it seems a bit long for an event and seeing that this is only for the season 2 and 3 i don't see how they will be able to extend it this much as they already gave two episode out of the 13 in this to seasons the first week.

 

but yes, now that's you mention it, i am on the objective 1/4. i guess i misunderstood the UI, even then, i did get 3 chests after completing the first milestone, and i'm pretty sure i saw the ascended chest, i guess i'll never know what it was then..
