Funeral procession event seems broken.

I have been waiting for hours over many days for the Funeral procession event in Vabbi to trigger but no joy.  I think there are many other there with me waiting for the same event.

Is it working, has it ever worked?

The event will trigger at either one of two random spawn points by talking to the Receiving Attendant: a hill to the north of Waypoint (tango icon).png Necropolis Waypoint — [&BEoKAAA=] or the mountain south of Forum Highlands. The Attendant can be found in front of Embalmer Boran and is intractable some periods in between Necropolis events.

 

The event spawns near the Forged Crossroads (straight north of the Necropolis renown heart and straight east of the Foundry renown heart) and ends at the Receiving Attendant at the Necropolis.

 

The event will not spawn if an event is occurring at the Necropolis.

 

From the wiki, don't know if it's possibly any of this but personally never had an issue with it bugging.

There is a endless stream of coffins arriving but as yet the event itself has never triggered for me or any the other people waiting.

There is word that you have to kill the judge for the event to trigger.
