Internal cooldown reduced from 9 seconds to 3 seconds." Is a Faulty, original, note and got replaced by: "Weighty Terms: This trait now activates when any mantra is used, not only on the final charge. It now inflicts slow instead of immobilize." Even though it would be fun to spam slowing-mantras all over the place with a 3s cooldown, it feels well-balanced now, with meaningful trade-offs among this & Stalwart Speed & Legendary Lore. I guess Legendary Lore is more situational, but it's a nice sneaky way to exceed the burning duration cap (at least if the Wiki note is right---I haven't tested it myself) and add a ton of Protection & Regeneration in solo play.
