Did They Turn Off the New EOTM Features?

I just popped into the game earlier to check out the EOTM features this morning, and for the life of me couldn't figure out how to get into spectator mode.  Did they turn it off because of the bugs?  were those bugs fixed?  Or is there a way to get into it that I'm just not finding?  I didn't see any options panel to get into it when I looked at my screen...Or am I missing something subtle, or so glaringly obvious?  Granted, it's been awhile since I've been in EOTM...I'm more used to just using the WvW things under the usual (B) button/panel, but not EOTM.  If someone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
