PvP map doesn't load properly at times

Sometimes, when loading into a PvP game, I end up with the camera stuck in a weird angle, though my character is still capable of moving. However, I cannot see my character, and many objects and the other players do not appear on screen.

 

Cherry on top is after this happens (because it is usually preceded by a very long load screen), I end up penalized as a leaver.
