Current Event Seasons of the Dragon Tier 1 Reward Bug

 I completed the Current Event Seasons of the Dragon Tier 1 last night around 8:45 pm, but I did not receive the Ascended Weapon Chest. I submitted a support request, but they told me to submit it here. I was in Dry Top Uplands Oasis at the time of opening the final for the Treasure Hunter - Uplands quest.

What you've done is completing 1 meta achievement of the Living World Season 2  ( 1/4 of Meta for LS2  and not tier 1 ) 

 

You'll need a total of 4 Meta achievement to get the Ascended chest : 

 

• Complete 4 Meta-Achievements—Ascended weapon choice
• Complete 10 Meta-Achievements—Fragment of Prismatic Light
• Complete 16 Meta-Achievements—32-slot inventory bag
• Complete 24 Meta-Achievements—Legendary amulet and “Returning Champion” title

Update for anyone else thinking what that you should get this reward at this time.  It appears that is not correct.  You will not get the Ascended Weapon Chest until four achievements are completed.  Up to this point you can only have one achievement completed (Return to Dry Top 1).  Attached are that helped explain this:
