Where do i start the legendary PvE amulet collection?

I got a mail saying Taimi and Gorik are in EoN doing something or other, i presume that's where to start it?

But they're not there anywhere. Or is it automatic?

Or am i dumb and missing something?

Must have missed them, i'll have to check tomorrow...

 

Also, i still didn't finish Icebrood saga, can that have anything to do with it? Do i need to have finished all seasons?

From the patch notes:

 

Taimi and Gorrik are setting up a lab in the Eye of the North. If you've completed Episode 5 of The Icebrood Saga, check in with them for the latest information.

I don't think Taimi and Gorrik are anything to do with the legendary amulet collection. That looks like it's setting up for the next phase of the story and telling us some of what happened as a result of the end of Icebrood Saga.

 

At the moment it's not possible to get the legendary amulet, but there's a bunch of new achievements in the bonus events category related to episodes 1 and 2 of season 2, those are the first step in the process.
