Make Herald F2 channel the inactive legend!

Why make that change?
 

The current iteration of F2 is a disaster from support standpoint.
It's inflexible, and often provides minimum value while blocking scenarios where it would prove really useful.

Currently most of  F2 abilities do what their underlying active legend already excels at and rarely needs help doing it better.
Meanwhile both you and team could really use the Facet of Nature that belongs to the inactive legend..


Examples:

Ventari/Jalis - neither of them needs more of what they already do. But they would greatly benefit from one another. Ventari could stop being a ragdoll and reduce team's damage taken, easing his burden of healing. Jalis on the other hand could do a small pre-heal along with condi cleanse before popping  rite of great dwarf to prepare team for major incoming blow.

Mallyx/Ventari - now Mallyx actually had anti-suicide button with F2 should Pain absorption pull a bit more than he ordered... Ventari on the other hand can pull some condies to self as cleansing is easy for him, or shake them off in a cheap and aggressive manner with mallyx's F2 active.

Shiro/Jalis - watching your whole team land face to the ground due to knockdown moments before big burst window sucks. Just ask Chak Gereant runners. Being able to pop nice team stab while you're already on the offence and can't be arsed to switch to vastly inferior dps stance/legend is a major benefit. On the other hand, again a small team heal this time via life steal along with boon removal ability is nothing Jalis would scoff at.

Mallyx/Glint - Resistance you apply to team can now last far longer, making your mallyx support side of things more impactful. Glint gets a way to boost her condi output on the other hand, as unlike Mallyx she is rather cheap energy wise and can take some F2 upkeep cost to pull condies into herself and then return them to enemies for a dps increase.

Bottom line:

Facet of nature channeling the inactive legends makes it's main point  - an additional method to support your allies much more interactive, impactful and well -rounded.

Or just make the active and inactive legend F2 tick at the same time , doesnt matter which legend. 

 

It would make it a "better" supporter, but still not accepted by most of the community
