[NA] LF PVE Raid Training

I am an active player experienced in raids in other games trying to break into the GW2 raid scene. I have very, very little GW2 raid experience. I'm looking for a static group or guild willing to let me learn raids with them. I have a variety of classes available and generally open availability in EST to do the raids. 

 

I have geared and runed up according to Snowcrows, all in exotic gear: Alacrigade, Power and Condi SB, Druid, Condi Quickbrand, Power Reaper, Heal Scourge
