Phantasmal Mage

Have anybody find any use for this skill? I don't really even wanna use whole skill because it's just so sad to see this phantasmal mage in action.  🙄

Still needs cooldown reduction. 30s base is ridiculous for what it does (or often fails to do because of the long windup animation). 25s at least would be good, if they don't want to go further because of how good torch 4 is.

I find using it when someone is chasing you (you’re kiting) so the phantasm attacks from the side or behind helps a lot. It’s AoE nature means you can usually get a few interrupts from it if outnumbered and in a condition build you can usually get it to hit for OK damage….compared to old mage anyway.

 

I would say there are much worse phantasms, like warlock and warden

For PvP, it's good in condi chrono where you give it quickness (from illusions line, it also gets cd reduction) and summon it 2-4 times.
