can´t get Retunr to Caithe´s reconnaissance squad

basicly what the title said, achieve is bugged or something did the quest twice and went to talk to campbell too guess i will have to do it all again... 
edit:. after looking around for info it seems like the only way to get this achievement is doing it via green marker so you gotta do ALL the story up to that point again...

there u go, had to talk to 1 more npc..

now i dont know if that works on purple story thing i had fresh char logged who did story.. just never had chat with npc after the instance outside 😄

Just did all the story steps, and it didn't take for me. Let's just say I'm less than impressed with this patch. ☹️

sigh... so gonna have to do it... again.... Talking the npc does nothing.

 

FYI I did hidden arcana first through the purple star replay and had no problems with it...
