strobic/darkening combat settings

Hey,

 

I have high end gpu and i9 cpu. When i play high settings fps is good, but when i get in combat i constantly get that things darken up and get strobic.

When i play on performance i don't have this. It makes combat very annoying for me, rather confusing instead of being able to play focus.

 

I however can't seem to figure out in graphic settings how to counter this, what settings to keep low or lowest to get rid of this, so i can still enjoy the good looking views. But that combat doesnt make a huge difference in view experience, blinding you somehow.

 

Anyone any tips on what might be the solution.
