When is the best time to do the Shatterer in Jahai Bluffs?

As title says, I've been trying to beat the Branded Shatterer for 3 days now with zero luck.  This zone is dead, and the meta event doesn't scale down for the 5-7 people that show up for it so it fails.   When is the best time (EST) to get this done?   I really don't want to wait 2 or so months for the living world bonus to roll around for the map to have some population.

Right after the Auric Basin meta event. A lot of commanders jump to Jahai afterwards. Just check the LFG entries.

I did it a few days ago in the morning. (7-8am EST) It was on the day when the Daily LWS4 focused on Jahai Bluffs. I find trying to do metas for LW3 and LW4 can be more successful on days when the dailies are active for those regions since the maps are slightly more populated. It wasn't a slam dunk "players overwhelm the boss" scenario like Ley-Line Anomaly, though that did make it more fun to have some suspense added and actually need to try and beat the Shatterer. 🙂

 

The other option I've had good luck with is jumping on a LW4 meta-train. I did one on a Saturday morning (again EST) and we flew through all the LW4 events. It was a fantastic way to get the achievements needed for Skyscale.
