Looking for a healing spec

Hello All

I am trying to get some opinions and information on what healing spec to play. I have druid, scourge, tempest and heal scrapper, but I am just not sure what one to play. I am looking for open world, some fractals and some raids, but I am by no means hardcore or looking for meta. I know druid is common and I do not like healbrand.  I am looking to have a nice time and have fun but also expand and do a few more things in the game.  I want to be able to do some sort of dps, I like heal scrapper but killing on that is rough.  Thank you!

As long as you are playing with people who will accept an off-meta healer in raids/t4 fractals  Scrapper, Tempest and Scourge are all very viable.

I prefer tempest for raw carry as it's heals are significantly more powerful thanks to overload water and warhorn, but I've been very successful with Scourge in Strikes, Scrapper is fun and "good" but it lags behind the other two in PvE (even with the quickness added).

Do keep in mind though that to really maximize support you should really leverage your Build Templates and Equipment loadouts and create a separate support and dps build/equipment loadout.
Trying to do both at once will generally leave you doing neither truly efficiently.

That said... of the four you pointed out... Scourge does the highest damage at the same time as doing support.

If it's some fractals and some raids your main two options are healbrand (which you disqualified) and druid.
Heal scrapper is still reliant on others for might and fury while tempest can replace druid but generally isn't run as a healer despite having better healing than druid.

You won't really be able to kill anything on any true heal spec unless you run a hybrid build.
