Transmute minor trait for Engineer Alchemy trait not working

For few days I have been noticing that the transmute minor trait for Engineer Alchemy traitline is not working as expected. As per my understanding, this trait should convert conditions to boons which 3 or more conditions are inflicted on the character ( PvE ). But it doesn't happen. I tried triggering it multiple times but it is not working.

Well there is a 60 second cd on it you sure it never triggers?

Just tested this in the guild arena. It doesn't trigger when you have 3 conditions on you. It triggers if a condition is applied to you when you already have 3 conditions on you.

Thanks for testing it and clarifying it out. I didn't consider this scenario. I will also test this out. The description seemed a bit different to me.

The VERY similar elementalist trait "Burning Fire" does work like you are thinking.

 

Transmute is more like the necro trait Blood Bond. That also has more precise description but the keyword seems to be "threshold"
