A suggestion to help sell pre-orders.

When it comes time to reveal bits of the expansion's zones, please show them on different levels of hardware to prove the expansion can be played on them. I am hoping that the move to dx11 wasn't done in retrospect of the new expansion's graphics effects making it inaccessible to mid and low end computers.

I can't see myself pre-ordering anything until knowing it'll run. I wonder how many others feel the same way, especially after the worldwide cyberpunk fiasco. I currently play other games and the emphasis on scalability is what keeps them popular. It's very important.
