You can 'Submit a Ticket' using the 'Anonymous' feature. You can, also, ask the CS Team to fix your Support log-in issue (though, that should probably be in a different ticket, as it would go to a different Support Team). I've managed to buy the ultimate edition today, but my wife tried to buy minutes after I did and not able to.
