Ironically that's because a lot of gear is badly resized on Norns. In this specific case two wrongs do make a right.

Yeah, I was hoping for something good, but fortunately previewed and avoided. I'll stick with my Seer boots on my Mesmer.

If on a sylvari then no,. they wil never fix it. Most Boot skins give sylvari elephantiasis of the lower limbs and Anet never cared to fix it. Same goes for sylvari and most shoulders, Anet doesn't care.

I tried returning something and ANET said if i contact my bank they will permanently ban my account. They literally said that to me. This is why i don't buy gemstore items no more. The preview isn't always as good either.

I have to say I really like them, because I always wanted normal leather boots for my warrior.
The boots beeing a bit more thicker isn't bad for Norn with the skinny physique, either. However, it might not work for every race / physique combination.

Also, at first I didn't like them because they seemed weirdly enameled (like many armor parts), however, it seems to be only the view when previewing armor.
