The only ones that even care to answer me are regular gw2 that just occasionally says sorry and declines to respond. I have like half a dozen tickets for all sorts of things such as forum support where I submitted a ticket for forum mods saying a comment about druid(not toxic comment) was like threatening to murder “anet staff” or something crazy like that. some are years ago- it’s gone way over board IMO!!! 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you are unsatisfied with the responses, ask to have your ticket escalated. Do be aware, the person that handled forum moderation disputes left long ago, and, as far as I can tell, no one has taken their place. The 'Forum Moderation' thread explicitly states that only suspended or terminated account appeals will be answered, and the 'Support/Submit a Ticket' is not the place for those appeals. For one it’s absolutely clear forum moderation is at best using their decision at best as “innuendo” as way to communicate to me. At worst clearly just gibberish. this is simply subhuman.
