after EoD Prepurchase, my account has been blocked !

I don’t know why, I can’t buy EoD in the game

Then, I went to the Anet website to use the same credit card and the purchase was successful.

 

Then, I met some players who said that an E-mail without a serial number.

About half  an hour or so, I received another E-mail with a serial number.

And the result of entering the serial number is " "This serial code has already been applied to your account."

 

After another two hours, I was suddenly kicked out of the game.

i try to login, but its say 

"This account has been blocked for security purposes. Please contact customer support for assistance."

They do take up to 3 days to respond under normal conditions now when expasion just went on preorder it might take longer.
