This is obviously wrong. First of all, they wouldn't tease the elite spec like this if engineer is not supposed to be revealed yet. But even more clear evidence: engineer elite specs are always pictured as a Charr. Look at core engineer, scrapper, holosmith.... their class art is always a Charr. So if this is not the engineer elite spec, who is this then? One of the voice actors mentioned an agender engineer voiced by Ry Chase, I think the name was Yao (I could spell this name wrong here).
