Precursor for New Legendary

I'm guessing the only way to craft one of these new legendaries is by getting a precursor right now.

If not, I'm curious about the story that will go with acquiring it.

I think a lot of people would be very angry if the only way to get them is with the precursor from the Return to Living World achievements, because then it would only be possible for each player to get 1. Unless it's something like Caladbolg where once you've got one you can change it between all the forms for a minimal cost, but it seems unlikely they'd do that with legendaries.

 

So I assume there will be a way to get more precursors later on, likely through a collection/crafting process like we've seen before, but focused on EoD maps and materials, but we won't know any of the details until later on, possibly not until the expansion is released.

We'll probably get a unique resource to craft shards to make the specific weapon you want like it has been since Gen 2.1 does it.
