How do you Change the Pointer (mouse) ?

Hi Guys.

 

The game is so graphically and colorfuly intense, that in the midst of all the particle effects, bloom, reflections etc. it is difficult to find my mouse. 

 

I see that some content creators are using large pink pointers. How could I do this and is this supported by ArenaNet?

GW2 TacO (Tactical Overlay) addon has some mouse pointers.
I use YoloMouse bought from Steam. Cheap with lots of different cursors, can be used in any game.

Windows has options to change the pointer size and colour, or to replace it with a different icon entirely, but I'm not sure if that overwrites the game's pointer or if it can be set to change only while GW2 is running if you want the normal one at other times.

I wouldn't want to have my acc locked because of a mouse pointer ^^

Another call that falls on death ears.  We want a option to change the size of the cursor as it get's lost in battle causing you to loose that battle so you rage quit from the game and never return.

Plenty of people use TacO and in the past a developer has said that it does not seem to modify the game files which is forbidden. Same thing with the popular ArcDPS damage meter, both work as an overlay and only use data from the GW2 API .

Anet will not likely ever endorse any third-party program but some are safe to use (at your own risk, like all programs you install).

Yolomouse off Steam.. there's some gw2 styled cursors that someone made for yolo a few years back.
