Does anyone else have gem transactions constantly flagged?

I am already talking with support but I was just wanting to see if this was a widespread thing or what? I am a newer player so I don't know if its my gaming habits(playing at home or sometimes away from home thus different IPs but I have text authentication) but every time I use the gem store with the same card that bought all the expansions, "transaction failed" and support tells me this is their payment processor flagging it and its eventually released.

 

I am just going to be patient and wait it out but man it's frustrating when you want to give a company money and the response is "nah dawg" :classic_laugh:

Every time I order gems it gets delayed.  I ordered the ultimate package, have not received my gems yet, talked to support and they said it can take 72 hours…..but still haven’t got them yet.  Did get the other pieces tho, and I don’t need the gems until the annual sale coming up.
