New rating system to reflect current balancing

I propose a new rating system that works as follows:

 

- Scourge on your team and a win: gain only 50% or regular rating points

- Scourge on your team and lose: lose 125% of regular rating points

- Scourge on enemy team, none on yours and you win: gain 150% of regular rating points

- Scourge on enemy team, none on yours and you lose: lose only 25% of regular rating points

what if you have 2 scourge bots and/or wintraders in your team and lose 125%? Its your fault?
