Even NPC knows that core ele too weak

So i was in elona riverlands doing map comp when doppelgänger event started and i was target. I was like "Easy kill. Doppelgänger is scepter/dagger core ele" and when fight started and i notice doppelgänger abuse elite spec and play frigging weaver. Of course fight was long and hard and he one hitted me many times. 😔

Its core ele the "any one can use elemental or basic magic" class and core ranger is a person with a bow and pet. They are effectively npc classes or every one is this class.
