Random dialogue lines/audio not playing during Living World Season 4 missions

Running into a bizarre issue where random voice lines during conversations will just be completely mute or missing.  Not sure if this is happening outside of Living World Season 4, that's just all I've played recently.

 

Example: I was doing the mission where you need to blow open the door to Palawa Joko's fort, and when my character yelled "Open the kitten door!", no sound played.  The subtitles/dialogue box was there, the sound just didnt play.  This issue has happened a LOT.  Nearly every conversation, a few full lines of dialogue will just not play.

 

 

Currently reinstalling the game, and checking for driver updates to see if that will help..  Not sure what the issue is.

I'm having this issue as well and I have found that it is some positional audio bug but it's only in some areas of the game. So things to the left or right of me can be heard but if it's in or near the center of the screen it can't be heard at all. 

 

Edit: An update; after trying a bunch of things updating my realtek seems to have fixed it in the couple places I knew I could quickly test to see if it persisted anyways.
