CoffeeBlack.6980 Posted August 3, 2021 Share Posted August 3, 2021 Today I logged in to start my Living World Returns achievements for One Path Ends, everything was going okay until I got through the mission: Shining Blade Secrets. The achievement for completion popped and I hit the little door to exit the instance, but the story journal would not move beyond that point, instead it prompted me to start the mission over; I did so in order to see if I missed something at the end, but it did not go through and now I am stuck. There is no mission marker in Lion's Arch to start in on the next leg of the story. I can go to the map for it and play the instance for The Last Chance, but it is definitely annoying as it interrupts the story flow. I am not sure what the issue is. I believe I have done this mission for this character before so I don't know if that's the issue. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted August 3, 2021 Share Posted August 3, 2021 You can 'skip'. You go to the other purple stars. Each purple star states 'This is not your current story, and no progress will be logged', or something to that effect. There's 3 purple stars on the World Map. You can do them in any order for the 'Return to Siren's Landing' achievement. If you want to do the entire Siren's Landing/One Path Ends Episode story, you must use the green stars and start at the beginning of the Episode. When I enter it states that this is not your active story. Any progress made in this instance won't be saved. Is there a bug in this?
