[EU] Never done Strikes, but I'd like to get the Empowered Boneskinner Staff

I'd love to join casual groups for this particular strike this week to farm the ritual vials, or some more serious groups that are willing to teach someone. I'm pretty experienced at the game overall, PvE, WvW, PvP, just never strikes or raids. I main core necro and fire weaver, the necro is very versatile, I could play scourge but I have little experience with it. The ele is less versatile and less geared up unfortunately.
