Invisible Braham/Rytlock + Instance skipping Ryland entirely - Dragonstorm.

Logged in to do dragonstorm but had a few bugs happen at once.
 

The instance skipped Ryland, and went right to Braham for one, and then i cant even see Braham to begin with. I cant tab target him, and i cant shoot him either. His health bar doesnt go on my screen, but it is for others. Please for the love of gawd fix this, ive seen multiple people over the last few weeks mentioning it in map chat with either Ryland or Braham but this is the first time its happened to me and it sucks. I cant hit what i cant target.

Same problem from time to time... now it's end of october and still nothing has happened. Anet just doesn't care about "old" content.
