Hi, I had my account blocked and I opened a ticket to resolve several days ago, in addition to the automatic email response when I created the ticket, there was no other, and as this has been going on for a long time I come here on the forum hoping to try solving something that I think is very unlikely, this is really discouraging me a lot to continue in the game.

Due to high volume, ticket responses may be taking longer than the usual 72 hours.

 

If you have been using a VPN, that may be the reason.  The CS Team will likely re-enable your account, if so.

Checked your spam/junk folder?

Logged into your 'Support' account to check replies there?

 

You can update your ticket and ask about progress; do not create another ticket as that will send you to the back of the queue.

I checked everything, and every day I check the ticket several times, plus I only have one ticket created for this issue.
