Can't get the achievement "Chak Killer_Master"

Ive tried this a few times now. The cave is empty (I killed all of the chak) but I'm not getting the achievement. I tried it solo with 3 different chars/classes and in a group. Nothing works. 
Biggest problem, I still here some, but can't finde or kill them - they are probably in the wall. Any advise?

I used aoe spells in the end for it. Just kept nuking the walls with then till i found the one that spawned inside.

 

Not sure if that works anymore though.

If you get downed, you lose credit.

Are you sure?

 

You need to stay alive to remain eligible for the achievement: being Downed has no penalty, but if you are Defeated, progress towards any of the "Chak Killer" achievements ends (despite the Qualify for Chak Killer effect remaining visible); you must restart the chapter.

It’s been a common issue where people who get downed don’t get credit.  It’s been six years so it could have been among one of the dozen or so bugs they have fixed since that time.
