Beacons of Kryta for the upcoming Festival of Four Winds ?

It has been 8 years, and there is a Flames of Kryta shaped hole in my novelties... Not to mention it seems fairly simple to add it back on and it would give mountless players something to do without renting a mount. You could make running all 4 circuits daily give you a Favor of the Pavillion ? Or if that's too much, some festival tokens. And doing it in the Annual category could reward the Flames of Kryta again. I haven't seen anyone sporting it since I started playing 6 years ago.

I don't sport mine because I already carry a torch.

You may find players sporting it in the Jumping Puzzle Weyandt's Revenge, or other pitch-black areas.

i legit think the only time ive used it is in the LA jumping puzzle, on a class with no torch...

Probably would have been more useful if more stuff was actually dark, but nothing in this game really gets dark enough to require a torch item..

Which is unfortunate, in this game the middle of the night barely looks like dusk.  Incidentally, I've noticed one or two other games "tone down" how dark their night cycle got, again to their detriment (imo).

I use mine occasionally, but only when I want extra lighting and don't have a torch weapon. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it's nice to have an option which is always available.

 

I think they should bring it back, either with the original achievement (which I remember being fun) or with something new if there's problems with the original.
