Mike JezZ.4261
I have a build storage for necro condi and power, but if I switch between the storages then one of the builds gets overwritten with the current build. I know theres different build tabs inside the storage, but given I dont have enough tabs I use one storage for condi and the other for power, but switching between storages ruins one of the other storages build with my current active build. ArchonWing.9480
It is not possible , and why I don't find Build Storages very useful. How many builds do you have in total? Feel free to give more details, if I'm not understanding your situation. edit: Yea I didn't really read your post correctly at the start, sorry. Ayrilana.1396
For builds, you can also get a personal guild and post the build template codes into the guild message.

Yep or just use a .txt file and alt-tab to paste/copy as needed.

I use a spreadsheet, because I already had one for a bunch of other GW2 stuff. I keep the builds I swap in/out most often in the build storage in-game, but I have all of them saved in that spreadsheet. I've heard that sometimes updates can cause problems with the chat codes (I think if skills/traits are drastically changed during a balance patch, or over several patches) but I haven't encountered that myself yet. The biggest downside to doing it that way is remembering to update them if I change a build, but the same would apply to ones kept in the build storage.
